How long have you worked here at Sierra?
What’s your favorite car here at Sierra Honda and why?
The 2019 Accord because it comes standard with Honda Sensing. The new redesign is also modern yet sporty.
What’s your favorite part about your position?
Helping customers getting into a vehicle that they know they’ll love, whether it be leasing or purchasing. My team and I work together to achieve daily and monthly goals, which is something I really enjoy.
What kind of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Going to sporting events, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
Why is it important to provide excellent customer service?
I want my customers to have an excellent experience because buying a car should be fun. I enjoy getting to know my customers on a personal level because sometimes we end up having a lot in common.
What piece of advice would you give a new employee?
Make sure to ask a lot of questions and be open to learning.
